Art of Living is offering free first session to familiarize participants with its Happiness Program. The session covers light yoga and stretching, insights into the nature of mind and guided meditation. 

The main technique taught during the Program is called Sudarshan Kriya, an empirical breathing technique that helps release stress, experience deep meditation, and get back in touch with your true self.
