42-Calorie Almond Milk Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup water
  • 1tbsp cocoa powder (heaping)
  • 3-4 packets of sweeteners to taste
  • A pinch of instant coffee (optional)
  • ¼tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk

PREPARATION

  • In a mug, microwave ¼ cup of water for 15-30 seconds
  • Add the cocoa powder, sweeteners, instant coffee, and vanilla extract. Whisk with a fork for five to 10 seconds until everything dissolves
  • Add the almond milk and mix again
  • Add the rest of the almond milk and stir until smooth
  • Microwave for one to one-and-a-half minutes. Give it a final stir and enjoy!
