Asian-style Vegetable Noodles

Ingredients                  Net weight
Cooked noodles             150gm 
Onion                              25gm
Garlic                              10gm
Carrot                              25gm
Buck choy                       40gm
Red bell pepper              25gm
Green bell pepper          25gm
Spring onion                  10gm
Yellow bell pepper         25gm
Light soya sauce           15ml
Dark soya sauce           5ml
Rice oil                          25ml
Salt                               3gm
Pepper                         1gm

PREPARATION

•    Cook the noodles first by boiling or steaming them   
•    Heat the oil in a wok and sauté the onion, garlic, bell pepper, and buck choy. Don’t over cook! 
•    Add the noodles, sauce, salt and pepper to taste.  Mix well and serve
