Banana Date Suhoor Smoothie

•    2 large frozen bananas
•    2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or non-dairy milk of choice)
•    3-4 dates, pitted
•    ½ tbsp cinnamon
•    A pinch of salt
•    ½ cup oats
•    1 tbsp chia seeds
•    2 tbsp almond or peanut butter
•    1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)

PREPARATION

•    Blend all ingredients on high until smooth and creamy
