Coconut Dry Fruit Pudding

  • Soy Milk 250g
  • Short Grain Rice 15g
  • Dry Coconut Powder 5g
  • White Honey 20g
  • Dry Figs - Diced 15g
  • Dry Apricot - Diced 15g
  • Pecan Nuts - Diced 10g
  • Pomegranate Seeds 20g
  • Cinnamon Stick 1pcs
  • Coconut Fruit 1pcs for serving


Prepare Coconut dry fruit pudding:

  • Put the soy milk, rice, white honey and cinnamon stick into a sauce pan and bring it to boil on a high flame burner for 20 min or till the rice is completely cooked and give a thickness texture to the milk.
  • Pour the mixture on the diced dried fruits and mix well to combine all the ingredients together.
  • For serving, cut the coconut fruit from the top as shown in the picture and pour the milk mixture inside. Top it with dry coconut powder, pecan nuts and pomegranate seeds.
  • For best serving, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or chill overnight).
