Green Spaghetti

Preparation time: 10 to 15 minutes

Ingredients:

1 large zucchini
2 big handfuls of spinach 
1 big handful of basil 
½ cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 clove of garlic
Half a stick of creamcheese or you can also use a good handful of raw cashews
Salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION

  • Peel the zucchini. Once it is peeled use the spiralizer if you have one to make the zucchini like noodles and put in a bowl.
  • In a blender, add garlic clove, spinach, basil, creamcheese or cashews, unsweeted almond milk and salt and pepper. Blend until it becomes creamy. If you feel that it’s not thick enough, add more spinach. When done, pour over zucchini noodles and enjoy.
