Lentil Tabbouleh

Preparation time: 20 minutes

Ingredients            Net weight
Brown lentils            100gm
Olive oil                    20ml
Lemon juice             20ml
Salt                          To taste
Tomato                     80gm
Parsley                     60gm
Cherry tomatoes      10gm


•    Wash and soak the brown lentils before boiling
•    Wash all the vegetables and chop tomatoes and parsley. In a bowl, add the vegetables, lemon juice, olive oil and salt. Mix well 
•    Garnish with the cherry tomatoes and parsley
