Pad Thai Noodles

Ingredients                         Net weight

Dried rice noodles                  120g 
Chives leaves                         50g 
Beans sprouts                        50g 
Onion                                     50g 
Palm sugar                            50g 
Sweet chili sauce                  1 cup 
Tamarind juice                       1 cup 
Salt                                        1tbsp 
Peanut                                   50g 
Crispy tofu                             100g
Fresh lemon                          1pc 
Olive oil                                 2tbsp


•    Cook noodles just until tender. Rinse under cold water 
•    Mix the sauce ingredients together. Set aside. Heat 1½ tablespoons of oil in a large saucepan or wok over medium-high heat. Add tofu, garlic and bell pepper 
•    Add noodles, sauce, bean sprouts and peanuts to the pan (reserving some peanuts for topping at the end). Toss everything to combine 
•    Top with green onions, extra peanuts, cilantro and lime wedges
