Spinach and pumpkin puff

Preparation time : 40 minutes
Serving net weight : 150g

Ingredients:

  • Puff pastry sheets  6pc
  • Fresh Spinach  300g
  • Diced onion  40g
  • Red capsicum  30g
  • Pumpkin  200g
  • Olive oil  20g
  • Flour  30g
  • Garlic  3g
  • Milk  100g
  • Black pepper  2g
  • Salt  5g
  • Greek yogurt  100g
  • Chili flakes  1g

PREPARATION

  • In a frying pan, add olive oil, diced onion and sauté till golden brown
  • Add the spinach, red capsicum, salt and pepper. Sauté for one minute, before adding the flour and stir for another minute. Add the milk and cook well. Keep aside and let it cool
  • Slice the pumpkin. Spread the spinach stuffing on the puff pastry dough and add the sliced pumpkin on top. Transfer them to a backing tray
  • Preheat oven to 200°C and bake the puff pastry dough for 10 minutes
  • Serve with Greek yogurt
